Wine
Review: Intense
red color with violet highlights, with clean, fresh and complex aromas of
berries, plums, figs and pepper. Strong personality is in perfect balance with
a medium body and pleasant tannins. Ideal for: red meats, cheeses and strong sauces.
My
Review: Very pretty color in this wine, I liked the scents of figs because I
love figs! I would say that it had a little more than a medium body, but that’s
just me. Not a fan of the tannins, but I think for people that like reds that
they would like this Cab. I can see why this would be good for a steak or some
stinky cheese!
