Review: Lagosta
Vinho Verde has the highest level of CO2 permitted for a Vinho Verde, maintains
the natural flavors and aromas of green apples, pears and flowers, as well as
preserving its natural acidity.
My
Review: The smell was almost soapy and smelled
like Chardonnay. It was a deeper smell than I thought it would be, very sweet
too. The taste was disappointing because I have tasted very good Vinho Verdes
before. It was of course bubbly and crisp, but it also sort of had a fishy
taste, which I thought was super strange. It was also dryer than I imagined.
