Vivacious Vino - Review of Vendange Pinot Grigio

Name: Vendange Pinot Grigio
Variety: 100% Pinot Gris
Region: ?
Country: Australia
Year: 2012
Price: $4.29 (500ml “juice box”)
Alcohol Content: 13%
With/Without Food: Schnitzel and Feta with crackers
Wine Review: Pale yellow with bursting, fresh aromas of green apples and citrus.  Delicate on the tongue with a light texture that mixes melon and pear with a bright, refreshing acidity.

My Review: The smell was acidic and had hints of pineapple and crisp green apple. I did get a little melon peel. The flavor was very flat, almost water like with a little hint of lemon juice (think table water and lemon at a restaurant). Very acidic, and very flavorless. Super cheap wine, super cheap taste.
